  • Possession at closing within 45-days or sooner
  • Closing to be held at Land Title Co., 612 Adams Street, Bay City. Cost of closing to be split equally between buyer and seller. Sellers to provide policy of title insurance in the amount of sale price.
  • Taxes to be prorated to date of close in accordance with Saginaw County’s tax schedule & standard practice.
  • Bid acceptance - final sale price subject to approval by Trust Representative - Current acceptability rate exceeds 95%
