  •  A $5,000 earnest money deposit is required from successful bidder immediately following conclusion of live auction - for each parcel. Earnest money deposit is made in form of cash, or cashiers check to Wegner Auctioneers.  Earnest money deposit is non-refundable and shall be retained by sellers in form of liquidated damages if buyers are unable to close sale with-in 60-days.  Bids are non-contingent on buyers ability to obtain suitable financing or satisfactory inspection of home or buildings.
