- A $5,000. earnest money deposit in the form of cash or cashiers check payable to Wegner Auctioneers will be required from successful bidder/bidders day of auction. This deposit is Non-Refundable & will be retained by auctioneers & sellers in the form of liquidated damages if bidder/bidders do not close on the sale of the property.
- Property sold as-is & is not subject to inspection report or appraisal results on behalf of the buyer. The property is being sold without warranty or contingencies based on the status of property being sold.
