- A $3000, non-refundable earnest money deposit required from successful bidder in the form of cash, cashiers check, or pre-approved personal check. Deposit to be applied to buyers funds at closing. Sale is not contingent on buyers ability to obtain financing. Buyers failure to close will result in sellers retention of earnest money deposit under liquidated damages provision. Purchase agreement to be completed immediately after conclusion of auction.
- Possession at closing within 45-days or sooner
