- Parcel B- Sold by the acre times the bid price- per current survey. ~35.22 acres.
- Parcel C- Sold in aggregate to include; 2-story, 4-bedroom 1 ½ bath, farmhouse w/pole building & traditional barn, situated on nicely treed lot, approximately 1200’ off road. (Identified as C-1 & C-2 on survey map)~32.33 acres.
Farm is sold free & clear of any leans or encumbrances and has no existing rental contract for the 2026 growing season.

TERMS:
