Numerous customer reports have been surfacing throughout the day indicating bidding issues with Proxibid’s bid platform, this as well as the massive web service outage that occurred today has forced us to make the difficult but logical decision to delay the closing of the Rhinehardt / Olsen Machine Co. Online Auction for 48-hours. Proxibid has assured us they are working to resolve the issue. Although they are working to diligently resolve it, there are no guarantees of the fix. They have indicated that the desktop version will provide complete bidding opportunities until that time when system issues are ironed out.
