Auction Site: Hope Township Hall, 5240 Hope Rd. Hope, MI  From US-10 @ M-30 go north 5-miles on M-30 to Shaffer Rd., east 1 1/2-miles on Shaffer, to Hope Rd., then north 1/2-mile to sale - adjacent to Hope post office.

 Parcel Location: 990 E. Baker & 883 Hull Rd. Hope, MI.  In the northeast quarter of section 27, T16N R1E. north & east of Twp. Hall.

 Parcel Information: 142+/- Very productive acres of clay, loam soil, tiled by M. Kruse in 1990’s at 50’ intervals with sock,  draining easterly to Weaver Creek.  Pump system located on southeastern part of property. Nearly all acreage is tillable.

 Auction Information: To be offered in 2-separate parcels (72.7 & 70 acres) or in combination. A $5000.00 non-refundable earnest money deposit must accompany high bid.  The sale is subject to Midland County probate court approval.  If Court rejects bid, $5,000 earnest money will be returned to high bidder, or at bidder's option $5,000 earnest money may be exchanged for a 2008 land lease with occupancy available immediately following the sale.
Immediate occupancy granted to high bidder.  Seller may exclude portion of property currently occupied by others if those persons and their horses cannot be timely evicted.
