buyers premium.

A non-refundable earnest money deposit will be required from
successful bidder in the amount of $5,000.00.
Deposit will be retained in the form of liquidated damages if
successful bidder is unable to close property sale.
The sale of this property is not contingent on the Buyers
ability to obtain financing.

Seller represents that they are the sole owner of this parcel & will
provide Buyer a Warranty Deed.
Property to be sold free & clear of all liens & encumbrances.
Any existing assessment at time of sale are the responsibility
of the seller.
